Abstract & Paper Submission
Submitted abstracts/papers will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technicality and/or research content/depth, correctness, and relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.
Basic Submission Rules
||English / Bahasa Melayu
Abstract: no more than 300 words
Full paper: 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references)
Papers exceeding 8 pages will be charged USD10 or RM40 per page.
||Times New Roman
||1 inch or 2.5 cm in A4 size page layout
||MS Word-compatible file
Presenters may present papers without having their papers published in the conference proceeding.
All accepted papers are included in the ISBN conference proceedings. Selected papers will be published in refereed proceedings (to be indexed by Thomson Reuters).
All papers should be sent electronically in MS Word-compatible file format to the SSPIS 2017 via the seminar email at firstname.lastname@example.org or directly to the seminar advisor at email@example.com. We take all the effort to acknowledge all submissions within 24 hours. Authors are responsible in proof reading their own papers. The seminar secretariat is not responsible for any editing work for the paper. Papers with extensive errors (grammar and spelling) will be returned back to authors without review.
Articles previously published, under consideration by another conference or journals, and with pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration.

Late Paper Submission
Authors are advised to submit their camera ready paper by 15 November 2017. Papers submitted after 15 November 2017 may not be included in the conference proceedings.
